Poolen and All Things Live presents

Bodyslam! Super Show

Denmark's biggest wrestling show

In Denmark, wrestling is more popular than ever. Now Denmark gets its counterpart at WrestleMania. It will be the most ambitious show that Scandinavia has ever seen when Poolen on February 8 forms the setting BODYSLAM Super Show.

Over the past few years, wrestling has experienced a flourishing in Denmark, and this is the culmination so far, when Poolen forms the framework for the most ambitious show ever in Scandinavia. Both the availability via streaming, YouTube etc. from the big American federations, but also the quality and frequency of live wrestling shows here at home, have the credit for the increasing popularity. In 2016, BODYSLAM Wrestling held 3 shows. In 2023, the number was 32. In Copenhagen, it's always sold out when they occupy the Pumpehuset, and now the time has come to take a big step up and fill Copenhagen's new, large venue, Poolen, with dry thrashing in front of 2000 people.

"When wrestling is increasingly seen on an equal footing with other genres in the live entertainment landscape here at home, I think we can allow ourselves to take part of the credit," says Kristian Buus Kronvold, co-owner of BODYSLAM Wrestling. “Our mantra has always been to 'under promise; over deliver' – deliver more than what the audience expects. The audience can feel that and it is reciprocated with growing support, which is of course absolutely vital.”

National and international superstars

Audience support has grown and so has the talent. Former WWE Superstars SaNiTy, international phenomenon Michael Oku and many more join the colorful cavalcade of shower heads from all over the Nordics for the BODYSLAM Super Show.

Aliss Ink, covered in tattoos from head to toe, the Mokaï-swilling tag team RandersPagne, rapper/wrestler Michael Fynne, only 17-year-old Madison Morgan and mad cult leader Peter Olisander are just some of the profiles that have achieved cult status across the country. "It is the cream of the cream that is in the ring that evening," assures Kristian Buus Kronvold. "On February 8, we will surpass ourselves."

Two types of tickets can be purchased for the show at Poolen: Ringside seats and standing seats. Early bird, 2nd and final release apply to all standing seats, while there are dedicated tickets for the ringside seats. Ringside seats are unnumbered.
