Poolen is Copenhagen's new warehouse venue with a capacity of 2500 standing guests. Poolen is dedicated to concerts, raves, parties and events and is powered by the team behind Pumpehuset and Byhaven
Back in the day abandoned warehouses were everywhere. Out-there parties sprung out of these spaces, spearheaded by enthusiastic DIY-communities. But times have changed and cities have changed too.
In Copenhagen there is only one wasteland left. Refshaleøen. Although the city has always been close, it’s closing in fast and time is running out.
Out there, at the end of a road between a pool of water and a junkyard, we have created the quintessential warehouse venue: Poolen
Poolen is built on that same pioneering spirit, and it is an open invitation to adventure into the last industrial frontier before it’s gone. An invitation to out-there parties at a venue with stellar sound, light and amenities, organised by a team of enthusiastic, experienced venue professionals.
