Sigrid, global hitmaker of “Strangers” and “Don’t Kill My Vibe,” has just released her new album There’s Always More That I Could Say and on February 5, 2026, she will play her biggest Danish venue concert at Poolen on Refshaleøen.
Although still in her twenties, Norwegian artist Sigrid has already been part of the international pop elite for a decade. She grew up in a musical household and learned to play piano and guitar as a child. As a teenager, she began writing her own songs, and in 2013 her track “Sun” became a radio hit in Norway. In 2016, Sigrid released her first official single, “Don’t Kill My Vibe,” which became an international hit, sold over 500,000 copies, and earned her a contract with Island Records (Robyn, Chappell Roan, Sabrina Carpenter). In January 2018, she won BBC’s prestigious talent award “Sound of 2018,” ahead of artists such as Billie Eilish and Khalid.
In 2019, her debut album *Sucker Punch* was released, reaching number one in Norway, top 5 in the UK, Scotland, and Ireland, and number 3 on Billboard’s Heatseekers Albums chart. The album includes Sigrid’s biggest hit, “Strangers,” which has 145 million streams on Spotify. The success continued with its follow-up, *How to Let Go* (2022), which reached number one in Norway and the top 10 in several countries. In Denmark, GAFFA awarded it five stars, calling it “grand and fearless pop.”
After more than three years without an album, Sigrid now makes a powerful return with her third full-length release, *There’s Always More That I Could Say*, out on October 24. Fans have already enjoyed the brilliant singles “Jellyfish,” “Fort Knox,” and most recently, “Two Years.”
Sigrid is a formidable live performer, something she has demonstrated in Denmark at festivals such as Roskilde, Smukfest, Tinderbox, and most recently SYD FOR SOLEN 2025, where GAFFA described her concert as “dritkul.” A massive pop celebration is therefore in store when the Norwegian pop phenomenon takes the stage at Poolen on February 5, 2026.
